More Than $2.1 Billion in Regional Construction Activity on the Horizon

VCE’s Regional Construction Project Pipeline highlights major public and private construction projects planned throughout our region, including schools, public facilities, roads, bridges, sewer, storm drain, parks, and other infrastructure improvements. 

Projects with known estimates represent more than $2.1 billion in potential construction activity, with additional projects still in planning, awaiting funding, or listed as TBD. Schedules and funding may change, but the report provides a useful look at what may be coming next for Northern California’s construction industry.
