Annual membership dues are $465, plus a one-time $100 application fee for new members. Membership includes data access to our statewide online plan room. If you plan to bid on projects and need access to full project documents (plans, specifications, addenda, etc.), you may upgrade your access for an additional $405 per year. Once your membership is approved, this upgrade can be included with your initial annual dues invoice, or can also be added at a later date. Have questions? We’re happy to help!
