Posting a project with Valley Contractors Exchange is EASY and FREE! 
General Contractors, Owners, Architects: Send us the bidding documents for your project with an Invitation to Bid (or use our form to provide the necessary info) and we'll list your project in our Weekly Newsline, our Daily Update and post it on our Online Planroom. AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!
We can work with hard copy plans/specs or digital (on CD, by Email*, posted to an FTP).
- For digital specs, Adobe PDF files are preferred but we can also work with Word files (either lumped as one or divided by section).
**Need to be unsecured so that we can divide or group sections as needed to match our usual format.
- For digital plans, PDF of TIF files please, no color. (We convert the PDF files to TIF for posting to our Online Planroom.)
**For PDF - Raster format please (as opposed to Bitmap) if created from AutoCAD.
**For both plans and specs, please consider a lower DPI to reduce file sizes (200-300 DPI is suitable).
Once we list a project, all you need to do is keep us current with any addenda/memos that are issued and we'll do the rest. You'll reach approx. 400 local contractors, suppliers and manufacturers with one set of docs plus the potential to reach thousands more throughout Northern California via the CA Online Planroom Network, of which VCE is a part.
